Shipping
Couriers:
We use Couriers to send all of our Packages within Australia (shipping every day Monday to Friday); all parcels can be tracked via the Toll website. Delivery is usually 2 working days to most central destinations. Couriers can not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Returns
1. We inspect all items prior to shipping however if you do have a damaged product you may return it at your expence for a replacement. All returns for replacements, must be sent to us within 14 days of the original delivery date of the product to you. The product must also arrive in its original box/packaging in the same condition as it was sent to you..
2. If packaging appears to be damaged at time of delivery please do not sign for the goods. Once signed for you are saying that the Items are in good order, this voids the insurance. If the Item appears to be damaged Bring it to the Delivery Persons Attention and notify us and we will take it up with the Courier/Aus.Post .Do not take delivery of the package. .
3. Please be sure of your selection as we will not return/refund an item if you simply change your mind.
4. Refunds will only be given if we cannot replace the item.
