At Swiftflyte, we take great care in packing every order to ensure it arrives safely and as quickly as possible. Our experienced team carefully prepares each parcel before dispatch.

We carefully pack every order to ensure safe and fast delivery.

• Orders placed before 12:00pm ACST (Mon–Fri) are usually dispatched the

same day.

• Orders placed after 12:00pm, weekends or public holidays are processed

the next business day.

• Most orders dispatch within 24 hours.

Delivery Estimates (after dispatch):

• Regular Post: 3–5 business days (WA & NT: 5–7 days)

• Express Post: 2–3 business days (Express Network)

• International: 6–20 business days depending on destination and customs

Shipping rates are calculated in real time using Australia Post. No freight mark ups.

Returns

Shop with confidence with our 30 Day Returns Policy.

To return an item, it must be:

• Unused and in original condition

• In original packaging

• Returned within 30 days

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Unsaleable items may be returned to the customer at their expense.

Faulty items will be assessed under Australian Consumer Law. If confirmed faulty, we’ll refund the product and any applicable shipping costs.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or supplied in error.
