The Winmau Blade X is the new official dartboard of the PDC and has been engineered for players who want the highest level of performance, durability and scoring consistency

Built with Winmau’s most advanced dartboard technology, the Blade X has been designed to help darts land cleaner, hold better in the board and reduce unwanted bounce-outs. Its deeper sisal bed gives the dart more room to penetrate the surface, while the layered core helps absorb the impact of each throw. In simple terms, the board is built to take the hit better, hold the dart better and stay in top playing condition for longer

One of the biggest upgrades is the Next-Generation Pro Core Technology, which uses a carefully layered sisal construction and a strong premium hardwood backboard. This helps reduce surface resistance when the dart hits the board, while the compressed inner core absorbs the force behind the throw. The result is a more stable, responsive board that is made for serious play

The Blade X also features Density Control Wire Technology, which strengthens the key scoring areas of the board where most darts land. This gives better dart retention and helps improve the lifespan of the board, especially around high-use areas like the treble 20

The ultra-slim angled wiring system has been designed to create more scoring space and guide darts into the board instead of knocking them away. With its 60-degree angled wire design, the Blade X helps reduce deflections and bounce-outs, giving players a cleaner and more consistent playing experience

Made from premium African sisal, the Blade X offers excellent self-healing properties, helping the board close up after use and maintain a cleaner playing surface over time. With more than 5.5 million fibres per board and a 13% longer sisal length, it is built for durability, heavy use and elite-level performance

Finished with a rotating laser-cut steel number ring, premium layered hardwood backboard and Winmau’s Rota-Lock levelling system, the Blade X is easy to set up, simple to rotate and built to stay secure during play
